Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon melted vegan butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Sliced avocado
  • Vegan ranch dressing (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the hot sauce, melted vegan butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the drained chickpeas to the sauce mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until crispy, stirring once halfway through.
