  • Sliced avocado
  • Shredded cheddar cheese or vegan cheese
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)

Process:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced red onion and sauté until translucent and fragrant.
